1. We visited Boise a year prior to moving there, and with us using a non standard loan we knew we could not truly begin the buying process for several months. Regardless, Kristin spent an entire day driving us all over the valley to show us houses and familiarize us with the area. We were hesitant to buy a house while we were several states away but Kristin assured us that she could make the process as easy and manageable as possible, and she was absolutely correct. 2. Once we found a home, Kristin regularly would tour the house and facetime us as it progressed through the final stages of construction. Additionally, she would coordinate with our family members in the area so they could see the house and give us their thoughts and feedback. 3. Our inspection period had a few hiccups, but once again, Kristin had everything under control. She kept us up to date at every step. Anytime we needed a quote or professionals input, she had a great contact in whatever discipline was needed. Everyone she recommended was easy to work with and reliable. 4. After closing and prior to our move, Kristin continued to help us at every turn. We used some of her contacts for improvements and she met with them to grant them entry to the house. She helped us understand some of the Idaho specific tax forms regarding home purchases. Additionally, She offered to coordinate many other aspects of our move as well. Ultimately, while Kristin is an amazing realtor, she is so much more than that. Every one of our family members has made a comment at some point that they wish their realtor was as trust worthy, reliable, helpful, or considerate as Kristin.
